It has been pouring with rain all day today which put pay to my plans with the husband to go out to a local craft fair, so instead, I have done some crafting of my own. The card above is my entry to the latest Fusion challenge:

I wanted to use my new Create a Smile stamp set ‘Jungle Fever’ and came up with the idea of layering polaroid photos to fit the Fusion sketch.  I stamped the Cockatiel in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and shaded him using Spectrum Noir pens.  Next I stamped the small feather stamp in Dandelion, Tangelo and Grey Flannel Memento inks and cut them out, layering them onto a disc of patterned paper.  I cut some polaroid shapes and layered patterned paper from the Hobbycraft Springtime collection behind them and also cut out a mat in pink to line the side of the card base.  The finishing touch was the sentiment from the same stamp set.
