This week’s challenge over at Muse is inspired by this gorgeous card by Vicki Dutcher:
I needed to make a New Home card for some friends so I used the layout from Vicki’s card and similar colours. I used the Sweet Bird House set from Card-io with Hero Arts Mid Tone inks in Mint Julep and Pale Tomato, with Versafine ink in Black Onyx. The ribbon is stamped with a Ribbon Bow Border stamp from Stampendous but I have drawn over the image to tie it in to the rest of the card. I love the effect of the two step stamping on the flowers and look forward to trying this with different colour combinations.
